Client description:

Housing Association (in conjunction with Compass Scotland)

Project description:

  • To provide training on the subject of Teams
  • To facilitate stress assessment interviews
  • To moderate focus groups on team building
  • To report to senior management as part of their business plans for merger with another housing association

Project Outcomes:

  • Training designed and delivered to 4 groups of 20 staff over one week without affecting the organisation’s service to its customers
  • Focus groups were held and top-line findings integrated into strategy recommendations for senior management
We enjoyed Bill’s training and learned about ourselves as well as the subject matter. He got his points across and the session flowed well. We found the focus groups especially useful and we wrote up our own findings, which we expect to see included in the overall recommendations. Our plans can now proceed with a good foundation for the newly merged teams.

  • To facilitate stress assessment interviews across all staff along with two other interviewers
  • To moderate focus groups on stress awareness & team building
  • To report to senior management

Project Outcomes:

  • 90 interviews and stress assessments conducted over two days
  • Top-line findings integrated into strategy recommendations for senior management
We found the stress assessments and interviews very useful and challenging. The overall recommendations have been passed to the Education Authority and funding secured for implementation of the strategies arising. The school is a much better place to work now and we have goals and strategies in place to further develop this. Thank you to Ron, Bill and Evelyn for their hard work.
